Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions form a binding contract between RealRobo ("we", "us", "our") and any person or entity that accesses, registers for or uses the RealRobo software-as-a-service platform ("User", "you"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy and Refund Policies.

Services Provided

The Platform is a cloud-based solution that automates LAPU-SIM tasks, letting you connect your own SIMs to trigger and manage transactions with minimal manual effort. RealRobo is strictly an automation tool and is not a recharge or payment service provider.

Account Creation & Security

• Registration requires accurate information and OTP verification.
• Safeguard your credentials. After 3 failed log-in attempts, the account is temporarily locked.
• The Platform is intended for users 18+. Minors must have guardian supervision.

Plan Subscription

• A paid monthly or yearly plan is required for full access. Plans activate on successful payment.
• Upgrades are allowed (subject to approval); downgrades are not permitted mid-term.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy.

Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel at any time via customer support. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach, non-payment or unlawful activity. Fees already paid are non-refundable.

Data Handling & Privacy

We process data you generate on the Platform. Data is retained 5 years for user-package records and 28 days for transaction data, then deleted unless law requires otherwise. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Third-Party Services

The Platform relies on external services (e.g., hosting, telecom). We are not responsible for their availability or any resulting downtime.

Payment Terms

Fees must be paid through authorised gateways. Except where stated in the Refund Policy, all payments are final.

User Conduct

You agree not to interfere with the Platform, introduce malware, gain unauthorised access or use the Platform for unlawful purposes.

Community Guidelines

Maintain respectful communication, avoid sharing private data, provide honest feedback and comply with all laws. We moderate content at our discretion.

Disclaimer

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealRobo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Platform, software and trademarks are owned by RealRobo or its licensors. You receive a limited licence to use the Platform and may not reverse-engineer or create derivative works.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RealRobo operates. The competent courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive authority over disputes.

Miscellaneous

We may modify these Terms at any time. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. No failure to enforce a right is a waiver. We are not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, network outages).
