Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only processed for failed recharges and transactions where the service was not delivered as expected. All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Refund Process

  • Refunds for failed transactions are automatically credited to your wallet within 24-48 hours of confirmation.
  • If a refund is not credited within the expected time, contact support with the transaction ID.
  • Manual refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via customer support.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time.
  • Upgrades are allowed mid-term; downgrades are not permitted.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscription fees once the billing cycle has started.
  • Transactions that were successfully processed by the operator.
  • Account setup or activation fees, if applicable.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund was incorrectly denied, email support@realrobo.in with your transaction details. We will review and respond within 48 working hours.
